All India Ophthalmological Society

The All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS), established in the year 1930, is the largest association of eye surgeons in India with over 10,000 active members. 

The objectives of the society are to cultivate and promote the study and practice of ophthalmic sciences, research and man-power development with a view to render service to the community and to promote social contacts among ophthalmologists in the country.
