The Organizing Committee has arranged for delegate accommodation in hotels and guesthouses at pre-negotiated concessional tariff. There will be complimentary periodic shuttle service between the official hotels and the conference venue. February being a busy tourist season with peak hotel occupancy, the delegates are advised to book well in advance.

Tariff indicated is the lowest negotiated for the season and is good until October 1, 2006. Tariff, however, is subject to minor change after October 1, 2006, which shall be promptly notified.
Note: The hotel tariffs are market driven and subject to variations during peak tourist season.
Procedure for Hotel Reservation
Only registered delegates can reserve hotel accommodation.
Online hotel reservation is desirable. Alternately, completed hotel reservation application form can be mailed to the Organizing Secretary along with payment of the initial deposit by bank draft in favor of 65th AIOC 2007 payable at
Hyderabad.
Allotment will be based on the expected price range and availability and will be prioritized in order of receipt of application along with payment of the initial deposit.
