September 1, 2006: Early Bird registration begins
October 31, 2006: Early bird registration ends
November 1, 2006: Advance registration begins
December 31, 2006: Advance registration ends
January 1, 2007: Late registration begins and continues onsite

Please note:  

Due to some technical problem with the payment gateway, the last date of Advance registration has been extended by a day to Jan 1, 2007.

As the website is experiencing heavy traffic you may consider to download the offline registration form, fill it and send it with a demand draft to the Organizing Secretary . Offline registration applications received with Demands Draft dated on or before Jan 2, 2007 will be accepted as Advance Registrations

Registration Categories

AIOS Member: Ophthalmologist, Scientific Researcher, Allied Medical and Scientific Professional who is a ratified member of AIOS

Non-Member: Ophthalmologist, Scientific Researcher, Allied Medical and Scientific Professional who is not a ratified member of AIOS

 Resident: Ophthalmologist-in-training, Post-graduate Student or Post-residency Fellow, AIOS member or Non Member. A letter from the Department Head verifying status to qualify for concessional registration will be required for registration as a Resident.

 Guest Delegate: Family and non-professional guests of registered delegate. Guest delegates will not be able to attend scientific sessions.

Trade Delegate: Official representative of a trade exhibitor or a sponsor

How to Register

Online registration on the conference website http://www.sunayana2007.org using credit card payment is convenient, quick, secure and is preferred. 

Alternatively, mail the enclosed completed Registration Form with payment by demand draft drawn in favor of 65th AIOC 2007 payable at Hyderabad to the Organizing Secretary of Sunayana 2007. 
The registration form has the following sections: Registration, Hotel Reservation, Conveyance, Tour Reservation.
The delegate may complete the relevant sections of the form and submit.
A separate registration form is required for each delegate.


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with request for refunds must be received by the conference secretariat in writing latest by December 31, 2006. Cancellation charges will include 10% penalty until October 31, 25% penalty until November 30, 50% penalty until December 31, and no refund after January 1. All refunds shall be settled before March 1, 2007.
