The information brochure will be
periodically mailed to about 20,000
ophthalmologists including all the AIOS
members and members of state
ophthalmological societies. The First
Information Brochure will be released on
July 1, 2006, the Second Information
Brochure will be released on October 1,
2006 and the Third Information Brochure
will be released on December 1, 2006.

The Souvenir will be released at the
conference inauguration on February 1,
2007. It will be included in all the
delegate kits. The Ready Reckoner will be
released at the conference inauguration on
February 1, 2007. It will be included in
all the delegate kits.
The Daily News Letter will be published
from February 1 to 4, 2007 and will be
distributed to all the conference
delegates.
Allotment will be strictly in order of
receipt of requests with full payment.
