Conference writing instruments (pens, pencils, highlighters) will be a part of the delegate kit provided to about 6000 delegates at registration. It is possible to allow the sponsor to have the writing instruments entirely designed or procured at their expense, in which case the sponsorship fee will be reduced to 50%. The design, however, has to be pre-approved by the organizers. Please contact the Organizing Secretary for further information.

Allotment will be strictly in order of receipt of requests with full payment.
