Delegate Transportation

Delegate transportation is a wonderful sponsorship opportunity that would earn tremendous goodwill for the sponsor. The sponsor will have exclusive branding opportunities on the exteriors and interiors of shuttle buses.

Transportation would involve

	Airport and Railway Station transfers on January 31, February 1, and February 4
	Shuttle bus transportation from all the conference hotels to the venue and back, running periodically from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on February 1-3 and 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on February 4
	Transportation to and from the venue of social events on February 1-3
	Transportation of AIOS Office Bearers, guest faculty and international guests by appropriate category of cars

The Organizers will confirm logistic arrangement, bus routing, and frequency of shuttle service. The sponsorship fee will only cover for exclusive rights to organize transportation. The actual cost of transportation, escort, and publicity material will be borne by the sponsor.

Allotment will be strictly in order of receipt of requests with full payment.
